Managing Benefits Foundation
The purpose of the Foundation qualification is to confirm that a candidate has sufficient knowledge and understanding of the Managing Benefits guidance to be able to work effectively with, or as a member of, a portfolio, programme or project management team charged with realizing the benefits of a change initiative.
This course is suitable for individuals currently in a Benefits Management or Investment Appraisal role. It is a pre-requisite that delegates have qualifications in or experience of using MSP programme management or MoP portfolio management.

The foundation exam, taken at the end of the course consists of:
- Question booklet contains 50 questions.
- Pass mark is a total of 25 or more out of a possible 50 (50%).
- 40 minutes, multiple choice, closed book.
Typically pre-course preparation will require 2-3 hours of study.

Client events can be arranged either on-site or at a suitable venue nearby. Open course places cost from £895+VAT per delegate.
This course takes place over three days, including the optional Managing Benefits Foundation examination. Delegates should be aware that considerable evening preparation and consolidation will be required to pass the exam. Joining instructions are sent out approximately 2 – 3 weeks before the course.
During the three days, there will be a combination of formal presentations, group and individual exercises enabling delegates to gain an understanding of the following topics.
